We’ll wander through one of California’s oldest and most scenic parks, explore mineral springs, spot wildlife, and enjoy gentle movement surrounded by towering oaks and dramatic canyon views. This hike is all about feeling good, connecting with community, and celebrating wellness in nature. Whether you’re here for the fresh air, the exercise, or the company, you’ll leave smiling.
