Come learn about Saved By Nature and see if you would like to become part of creating new opportunities for communities who historically have fewer resources. Would you like to help elevate people of color? Did you know that volunteering is an excellent way to connect to others, is good for your mind and body, and brings fun and fulfillment to your life? It can also be a strategy to gain valuable experience for future employment. It is important that everyone feels welcomed and the best way to do this is for our community to see people who represent them volunteering and working in nature. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to support us during community events and hikes, help us out with our educational programs, be a helping hand at special events, photograph our programs, or perform outreach and spread the word about Saved By Nature's mission and programs. You don't have to know a lot about nature to volunteer with us! We just ask that you have a positive attitude, open mind and heart, and willingness to learn!
