Be intrigued by the mysterious lifecycle of the monarch butterfly and explore tidepools with Saved By Nature and California State Parks. Experience an engaging presentation by park staff about monarch butterflies before making our way down to the Monarch Butterfly Natural Preserve observation deck. We'll enjoy lunch, then visit the beach on our way to the tidepool area which has many small deep pools that are several feet wide and deep. A wide variety of marine life can easily be seen once we get there.
