Little Uvas Preserve transforms into a springtime wonderland featuring springs and ponds that support a variety of wildlife like tadpoles, dragonflies, and turtles. The serpentinite outcrops throughout the preserve foster diverse plant life including wildflowers such as butterfly mariposa lily, chia, coast paintbrush, and Chinese houses. Visitors can also observe different butterfly species in the area.
