A Coastal Evening of Action, Reflection, and Community

Join us for a meaningful day of stewardship and connection as we care for the coastline at beautiful Sunset State Beach. In partnership with California State Parks and Save Our Shores, this event blends environmental action with community science, giving participants the chance to learn, contribute, and enjoy the natural beauty of California’s shoreline. We’ll provide all cleanup supplies, delicious food, and engaging activities for participants of all ages. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or joining us for the first time, your presence helps reduce pollution, protect wildlife, and inspire others to care for our shared environment.

• 🧤 All cleanup equipment: gloves, pick-up sticks, buckets, trash bags
• 📊 Data cards and tools for categorizing and recording debris
• 🧴 Sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer

• 🌮 Free dinner provided by a local taquero: tacos, beans, rice, and agua fresca
• 🍓 Locally grown strawberries from Watsonville — a sweet taste of the region
