Join Saved By Nature for an exciting day of fishing at the Don Edwards National Wildlife Refuge! We'll be fishing for Shark, Striped Bass and Bat Ray, all while learning about their ecological importance to our marine ecosystems! All tackle included and no experience necessary.
Lunch: Provided by Saved By Nature
Fishing Poles & Bait: Don Edwards and SBN will be providing poles, hooks, weights, and bait.
Parking fee: Parking is free.
Items to bring:
- Layers + comfortable clothing (check the weather before leaving)
- Snacks (we’ll have extra in case you forget)
- Water Bottle (we’ll have water)
- Hat and/or sunscreen
- Camera
Parking Location: Shoreline Trail Parking
Meeting: The group meets at the end of the Dumbarton Pier in Fremont at Don Edwards NWR.
