Stride into Serenity: Ed R. Levin Wellness Hike
Join Saved By Nature for a rejuvenating wellness hike at Ed R. Levin County Park, designed especially for older adults. We’ll take a peaceful stroll around the scenic Sandy Wool Lake, enjoying fresh air, light movement, and the chance to spot local birds along the way. As we walk the Agua Caliente and Calera Creek Trails, we’ll take in beautiful views of the Coyote and Guadalupe Watersheds and share moments of connection, reflection, and community. This hike is all about feeling good in nature — together.
Meeting Spot and Directions:
- Parking: Sandy Wool Parking, 901 Downing Rd, Milpitas, CA 95035
- After passing through the Sandy Wool Entrance, follow Downing Rd and take the last right at the end of the road, just before the dog park.
- Parking fee is $6.
- Restrooms: Yes, restrooms are available near the parking lot.

- Distance: 3.58 mi
- Elevation Gain: 725 ft. (This is an easy to moderate climb.)
